Quality Inspection Process
Our equipment inspection and assembly is subject to strictly testing and control both internally and externally, quality management is an part of our company philosophy.
- Self-inspection of raw materials: when the raw materials arrive at the factory, quality inspectors conduct random inspections and unqualified materials are immediately returned to the material factory.
- Inspection of packaging materials: all package printed materials, such as paper sheets, inner box, shipping marks and labels, are checked against the original design for color and text, and packaging is only carried out if they are 100% correct.
- Before final shipment, we will provide complete pictures of the goods, including details of the products and packaging, after confirmation, we will arrange booking and shipment.
Warranty Terms for Our Exported Products
Warranty Duration:
The warranty period is 4 months from the date of delivery.
Scope of Warranty:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
It applies only to products sold directly by YanCheng JiaYiDa Sports Equipment Co.,LTD.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Modifications made without written consent from YanCheng JiaYiDa Sports Equipment Co.,LTD.
Claim Process:
Customers must submit a warranty claim within the warranty period by providing:
A description of the defect.
Photographic evidence of the issue.
Resolution:
Upon validating the claim, YanCheng JiaYiDa Sports Equipment Co.,LTD will:
Repair the defective product at no charge, or Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
YanCheng JiaYiDa Sports Equipment Co.,LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use.
